About the role
- Direct enterprise-wide data center transition and deployment operations, providing strategic leadership for data center transitions and deployments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive data center transition and deployment strategies aligned with business growth objectives and market expansion plans.
- Oversee portfolio-wide deployment programs including greenfield, brownfield and existing facility transition while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial targets.
- Lead multiple transition and deployment teams across geographic regions, managing directors, project managers, and specialized technical resources.
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise client transitions and strategic deployment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or large-scale technology transformation with demonstrated success managing large, complex deployments.
- Experience leading organizational change management, building high-performance teams, and driving operational excellence in mission-critical environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of data center technologies, deployment methodologies, and industry trends including edge computing, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
