💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients
- Manage an Office building or portfolio
- Responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Manage Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects
- Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting and financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Manage lease administration processes
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Maintain high occupancy rates by delivering superior customer service to tenants
- Evaluate service contract requirements and oversee property maintenance contracts
- Coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance activities, and site inspections
- Handle processing and approval of accounts payable transactions
- Participate in annual budget preparation and generate monthly variance reports
- Supervise maintenance and administrative personnel
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property management
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a current Real Estate sales license or obtain it within six months of employment
- 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations
- 2+ years of experience with Yardi
- Experience in Net Lease buildings is a plus.
