About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve performance goals
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor to understand workforce needs
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting efforts with broader business priorities
- Implement and optimize recruiting tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and JLL policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing recruiting teams
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting technologies
