About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve performance goals
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor to understand workforce needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting efforts with broader business priorities
  • Implement and optimize recruiting tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and JLL policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruiting teams
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting technologies
