About the role
- Planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects
- Preparation and monitoring of schedules and budgets
- Leadership and guidance of construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Communication with clients, architects and authorities
- Conducting regular site inspections and progress checks
- Preparing reports and documenting construction progress
- Conflict management and problem solving on site
- Acceptance of construction work together with the project manager and handover to the client
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification (alternatively completed vocational training in a skilled trade)
- Several years of professional experience in site management
- Solid knowledge of construction planning and execution
- Familiarity with relevant building regulations and safety requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High resilience and flexibility
- Good MS Office skills and experience with project management software
- Driving license class B
- High willingness to travel
