About the role
- Meet weekly with regional teams to review work orders and projects
- Respond to client requests within 24 hours
- Maintain project schedules and budgets
- Track work orders and manage full life cycle of each project
- Conduct assessments and prepare reports for Delta
Requirements
- Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects
- Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours
- Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement
- Manage, coordinate, and track the following Work Orders, in coordination with internal team members, within your region relating to: Reupholsteries that are not part of a one-off repair, Redensifications, Seat utilizations/re-sets, Decommissions, Inventory/Assessments, New projects (as required)
- Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region
- Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse that affect other Project Managers
