Requirements

  • Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects
  • Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours
  • Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement
  • Manage, coordinate, and track the following Work Orders, in coordination with internal team members, within your region relating to: Reupholsteries that are not part of a one-off repair, Redensifications, Seat utilizations/re-sets, Decommissions, Inventory/Assessments, New projects (as required)
  • Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region
  • Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation
  • Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse that affect other Project Managers
