About the role

  • Conduct stakeholder discussion and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements for platform enhancements
  • Analyze current lease abstraction workflows using process mapping tools to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Review platform performance data and user feedback to prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues impacting platform functionality or user experience
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions between business units, technical teams, and vendors to align on solutions
  • Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Validate that implemented features meet business requirements through testing and user acceptance coordination
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams
  • Generate reports and dashboards analyzing process performance metrics and platform utilization trends
  • Support change management efforts by creating training materials and conducting user education sessions
  • Monitor compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements across platform processes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6-7 years of business analysis experience, preferably in commercial real estate, lease administration, or PropTech environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, terms, and abstraction processes
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements using structured methodologies
  • Proficiency in process analysis and optimization techniques including process mapping and workflow design
  • Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with business analysis documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI/OCR tools such as Dealsumm or similar intelligent document processing solutions
  • Familiarity with BPM workflow tools like Mendix.
