About the role
- The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations for Data Center and Tech clients and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within assigned Vertical(s)
- Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Vertical(s) by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals
- Closely collaborate with Americas Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients
- Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team
- Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business
- Develops and Leads High Performing Teams
- Manage and coach Group Sourcing Leads/Team Leads/Large Account Leaders
Requirements
