About the role

  • Manage a Team of Associate Project Managers who support dynamic, fast-paced commercial real estate projects
  • Work closely with regional teams, vendors and finance to support project execution
  • Ensure deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Serve as liaison between the client, finance, vendors and regional teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client and key stakeholders
  • Proactively identifies, reports, and solutions project and program risks
  • Drive success with annual capital goals
  • Ensure project closeouts and invoices are completed within established Client SLA for assigned Programs

Requirements

  • Five years of documented, progressive experience in project or operations management with knowledge around construction
  • Extensive experience in a client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email
  • Must have experience leading high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations.
