About the role
- Provide daily support for the CM operations function
- Process commissions and support pool payouts in Dealio
- Research and resolve commission and support pool related inquiries
- Perform analysis, reconciliations, and periodic audits of commissions and support bonus pools
- Develop into a subject matter expert on commission processes and be the key contact for assigned markets
- Act as a backup for commission processing across all markets
- Liaison between US and international deal teams on cross sell opportunities
- Follow up with deal teams on overdue opportunities
- Provide guidance and training on fee sheet creation and other deal-related matters
- Update licenses in Capforce as needed
- Review investor center listings to ensure compliance with state law
- Manage sign off process for outstanding balances related to terminating producers
- Monthly review of consulting opportunities related to cross sell activity
- Distribution of key reports to leadership
- Work with CM reporting on testing of new reports and dashboards
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
