About the role

  • Serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management
  • Assist the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services
  • Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery
  • Support the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client
  • Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets
  • Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time
  • Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
  • Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
  • Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
