About the role
- Ensure integrity and full functionality of the CMMS system and other assigned platforms
- Load and manage Area data as required for CMMS implementation waves
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve requests from the CMMS ticket queue in a timely manner
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system or data-related issues, maintaining data integrity across CMMS and related platforms
- Assist with training Area offices on new product releases and ongoing system usage
- Develop and manage solutions that support operational and business needs using low-code/no-code platforms
- Provide operational and quantitative analysis to support internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent education and proven capability
- Strong skills in data analysis, cleansing, and manipulation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across cultures and global geographies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
