About the role
- Develop, articulate and implement business plans for each assigned property
- Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel
- Build relationships to retain and expand client business
- Project and achieve budgeted financial goals
- Understand the leasing process and effectively support the broker/agency leasing team
Requirements
- College graduate preferred
- Real Estate License required within 90 days
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in commercial property management, multiple property responsibilities in Retail preferred
- In depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, general use of personal computer.
