  • Command operational excellence across 10+ million square feet

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience specifically managing retail facilities
  • Strong retail banking and/or Tech experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking with execution capabilities
  • Independent leadership with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of commercial leases, contract documents, and routine accounting methods
  • Familiarity with building systems, CMMSs, and Microsoft Office
  • Superior financial skills and budgeting/forecasting
