About the role

  • Take a lead role in securing new and retaining local and regional work
  • Deliver projects in Data Centres, Industrial, Technical Due Diligence, Testing & Commissioning and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades
  • Develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network
  • Lead the project team to assemble and effectively lead consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Represent the client’s best interests from inception to completion of the project
  • Ensure accurate and timely project reporting
  • Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline
  • Fifteen (15) years’ experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
