💰 $90,000 - $103,500 per year
About the role
- Providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets
- Implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management approach
- Developing analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes
- Acquiring and analyzing data from connected systems and continually improving maintenance program strategy
Requirements
- BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred
- Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems
- Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics with integration of connected systems
- Experience in critical/regulated environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, automotive, petro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems
- Ability to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools
