About the role
- Lead end-to-end AI and software engineering projects including system architecture, model optimization, and performance tuning
- Implement and maintain robust data and ml pipelines, ensuring reliable model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in cloud environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product to scope new projects and create proof of concepts
- Explore new technologies and tools to incorporate in our constantly evolving tech stack
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/Data/SW engineering roles with proven track record of deploying production systems
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with MLOps tools, model lifecycle management, production deployment, and data workflows (Argo, Databricks, EKS)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures – Advantage
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) – Advantage
- BSc degree in computer science, mathematics, or other STEM fields – Advantage
- Good communication skills in English with ability to present technical concepts – Advantage
- Active contribution to AI/ML/Data/SW community through open source or speaking engagements – Advantage
