- Lead comprehensive sourcing processes across AMER to optimize JLL managed services operations
- Analyze RFP responses using structured evaluation frameworks
- Partner closely with Project Delivery teams and Client throughout RFP processes
Requirements
- Provide specialized RFP management support for Project Delivery Services (PDS) clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end RFP processes for projects
- Develop and execute comprehensive RFP strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional RFP teams
- Standardize and continuously improve RFP processes
- Manage multiple concurrent RFP processes
- Develop and maintain robust supplier databases
- Execute supplier outreach campaigns
- Present RFP results and recommendations to leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes
