About the role

  • Partner with account leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational growth and account-specific objectives
  • Lead comprehensive workforce planning initiatives, anticipating future talent needs and building proactive recruitment strategies for critical roles
  • Drive enterprise-wide recruiting metrics and analytics, providing executive-level reporting on talent acquisition performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Establish and optimize scalable recruitment processes capable of handling high volume placements while maintaining quality and candidate experience standards
  • Build and mentor high-performing recruiting teams, implementing best practices for sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment across multiple markets
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and high-volume positions, managing complex hiring processes from strategy development through onboarding
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, serving as trusted advisor on talent market conditions and recruitment strategy
  • Create comprehensive talent pipeline strategies, building warm candidate pools for critical functions and hard-to-fill roles
  • Implement advanced sourcing methodologies including executive search, competitive intelligence, and strategic networking to identify top-tier candidates
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer brand and attract passive candidates in competitive markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience with proven track record in high-volume environments (1000+ placements annually)
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L responsibility for recruiting operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive-level stakeholder management
  • Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday strongly preferred), recruitment analytics, and HR technology stack
  • Executive search or retained search experience highly valued
