About the role

  • Responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle
  • Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level
  • Develop relationships with colleges and universities, veteran associations, and additional key recruiting contacts
  • Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
  • Work with HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications
  • Utilize internet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants
  • Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent
  • Work with Director of Resourcing to create best practices for recruiting
  • Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Search firm experience, a plus
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment a plus
