About the role
- Responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle
- Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level
- Develop relationships with colleges and universities, veteran associations, and additional key recruiting contacts
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
- Work with HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications
- Utilize internet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants
- Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent
- Work with Director of Resourcing to create best practices for recruiting
- Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Search firm experience, a plus
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment a plus
