About the role

  • Oversee integrated facilities management operations across multi-site portfolio in Northeast region
  • Engage with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
  • Manage contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and KPI/SLA performance monitoring
  • Lead financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Drive transformation, standardization, and innovation across facilities management operations
  • Utilize technology platforms (CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, data analytics) for operational insights
  • Travel to key sites to maintain executive presence and oversight

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management with multi-site portfolio responsibility
  • Technical experience overseeing mechanical systems, electrical systems, building automation, and energy management
  • Proven track record managing operations, maintenance, energy, capital planning, and sustainability
  • Strong background in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance management
  • Executive presence with ability to engage senior clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation
  • Familiarity with CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, and data analytics platforms
  • Regional leadership experience (preferred)
  • Professional certifications or involvement with CoreNet, IFMA, or similar organizations (preferred)
  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
