About the role
- Oversee integrated facilities management operations across multi-site portfolio in Northeast region
- Engage with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
- Manage contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and KPI/SLA performance monitoring
- Lead financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Drive transformation, standardization, and innovation across facilities management operations
- Utilize technology platforms (CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, data analytics) for operational insights
- Travel to key sites to maintain executive presence and oversight
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management with multi-site portfolio responsibility
- Technical experience overseeing mechanical systems, electrical systems, building automation, and energy management
- Proven track record managing operations, maintenance, energy, capital planning, and sustainability
- Strong background in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance management
- Executive presence with ability to engage senior clients and stakeholders effectively
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation
- Familiarity with CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, and data analytics platforms
- Regional leadership experience (preferred)
- Professional certifications or involvement with CoreNet, IFMA, or similar organizations (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
