About the role
- Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team within the assigned account portfolio and industry vertical.
- Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
- Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guidelines, AND meeting account-level KPIs and goals.
- Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
- Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
- Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls.
- Develop and maintain a systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring suppliers’ performance, sourcing effectiveness, and communicating these results to the business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services is highly desired, along with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- MBA, a plus
- CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
- Ability to work remotely (i.e., home office), including on-site at client locations
