Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team within the assigned account portfolio and industry vertical.
Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guidelines, AND meeting account-level KPIs and goals.
Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Own sourcing compliance and controls.
Develop and maintain a systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring suppliers’ performance, sourcing effectiveness, and communicating these results to the business.
Requirements
8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services is highly desired, along with people management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA, a plus
CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Ability to work remotely (i.e., home office), including on-site at client locations
