About the role

  • Deliver annual sales targets (one-off and ARR) in line with Ariane’s 3-year sales plan.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop strong relationships with hotel chains, franchise groups, and individual properties.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, project, and support teams to ensure successful installations, pilots, and rollouts.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
  • Identify attrition risks and partner with Customer Success to protect recurring revenues.
  • Represent Ariane at industry events and build the brand in local markets.
  • Represent Ariane professionally and with integrity at all times, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education, 2 years’ sales experience
  • Experience dealing with C-level executives
