About the role

  • Own product direction across Jonas Fintech and be accountable for turning customer insight, market reality, and business strategy into products
  • Stay close to customers and the work
  • Lead and personally take part in customer discovery, interviews, and feedback
  • Translate insight into clear requirements, product specs, and acceptance criteria
  • Validate assumptions early and adjust quickly
  • Be the product decision-maker across all Jonas Fintech business
  • Own prioritisation across products and platforms
  • Make explicit trade-offs between competing pressures
  • Take accountability for business outcomes
  • Work closely with SLT members: CEO, CRO, CTO, COO, Head of Compliance, and Head of Payment Operations
  • Lead by doing and line manage Product Owners while staying actively involved in defining problems and shaping solutions
  • Set the standard for product thinking, documentation, and decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong Product Owner experience in a commercial business to business software company
  • Good knowledge of the Payments industry
