Marketing

• Until now, marketing and sales have been handled by one person. We are now increasing investment in marketing and will hand it over to you.
• You will independently develop our marketing strategy, align the direction with the Head of Sales & Marketing and implement it yourself.
• You will bring in agencies, designers and freelancers as needed and manage them to ensure they deliver what we need.
• Your focus will be on performance marketing and demand/lead generation.
• Your primary objective is to generate qualified inquiries and fill the sales pipeline.
• To achieve this, you will drive digital visibility (SEM, SEO, GEO, landing pages, A/B tests), create content for the website, develop customer stories and prepare our annual trade-show presence.
