About the role
- - Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue.
- - Constantly iterate and re-engineer our existing processes.
- - Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, ensuring facilities maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- - Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify areas for center level or corporate level improvement.
- - Prepare centers for audits and assist the Center Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors.
- - Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives.
- - Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities.
- - Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans and on-site visits and assessments.
- - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- - You live at the intersection of strategy and execution.
- - Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex matrixed organization and experience working in a regulated environment.
- - A data led individual, your first reaction is to delve into the numbers as a source of truth.
- - Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring deficiencies.
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives.
- - A natural leader, you have experience and success in managing teams of varying competencies, supporting them to reach progressively larger goals
- - Comfortable dealing with a degree of ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions to problems.
- - Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time.
