About the role

  • As a member of the Operations team, support the deployment of Join Digital products at customer locations around the world
  • Assist with managing international hardware, and software vendors to support Join Digital’s deployments
  • Track all Join Digital deployment hardware from purchase to end of life
  • Working closely with the Logistics Engineering Manager, help coordinate supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing (as needed), shipment of products, and third-party warehousing
  • Provide data analysis for infrastructure spend, and vendor performance assessment
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Interact with colleagues in other organizations who have face-to-face relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in the Logistics or Data Analysis area
  • B.A. or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience providing analytical reports
  • Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to grow in this role
  • Are eager to learn, are accountable and take responsibility
  • Are a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and able to move a full pallet
