About the role
- Attend to customer requests via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide information on product availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with the sales team and production for build-to-order items.
- Manage export orders, including coordination with the warehouse and ensuring last-mile delivery to customers.
- Support office administrative tasks such as filing of invoices and updating pricing in system.
- Enter orders and update records using SAP and other relevant information systems.
- Monitor product availability and work with the sales team for product allocation in case of shortages.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
