About the role

  • Manage and grow assigned foodservice accounts, ensuring delivery of sales, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with HORECA, Bakery, Catering, and Distributor partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with customers.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans with key accounts to strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure excellent execution of programs.
  • Execute the foodservice strategy to drive channel penetration and category growth.
  • Identify new opportunities within the foodservice sector and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Work with distributors to expand market reach and improve sales coverage.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on customer promotions, POSM, and activations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams to deliver customized solutions for customers.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and service excellence.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.
  • Manage trade spending within budget and ensure ROI on initiatives.
  • Support the Senior Manager/Head in channel planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 6–8 years of sales/commercial experience in FMCG foodservice; multi-market exposure preferred.
  • Strong experience in managing HORECA, Bakery, Catering, and Distributor partners
  • Experience making data-driven decisions (distributor dashboards, insights to drive menu penetration, etc.)
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of distributor management is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and execution focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
