About the role
- As a Redzone Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in our manufacturing operations.
- You will lead further deployment and optimization of the Redzone platform to empower frontline teams,
- drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvement projects
- Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Support Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, OEE, downtime, and other metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on Redzone analytics
- Present findings to leadership and support strategic decision-making
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement focused on delivering value to the customer
- Develop daily huddles and team engagement activities using Redzone to foster greater collaboration and problem solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, required
- Experience within Continuous Improvement, Operations Management, or Digital Transformation within the food industry, strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Redzone or similar digital productivity platforms, required
