About the role
- Lead and coach the QSR sales team to deliver high performance and capability development.
- Develop and execute the QSR channel strategy in line with business objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with leading QSR customers, acting as the primary business contact.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the QSR space, driving category expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer insights to sharpen channel strategies.
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) with key QSR customers.
- Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional deals.
- Ensure strong execution of customer programs, activations, and product launches.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the QSR channel.
- Partner with Marketing to develop QSR-specific campaigns and promotions.
- Work with R&D and Technical teams to develop customized product solutions for QSR needs.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, service reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage trade spend and promotional investments effectively, ensuring ROI.
- Deliver on sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the QSR channel.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of commercial/sales experience in FMCG or food industry, with at least 5 years in managing QSR customers.
- Regional experience preferred.
- Proven success in leading QSR key accounts (local and international brands).
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
