About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Training, or related field
  • minimum of three years’ experience in HR
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems
  • bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
