About the role
- lead and support the HR function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- drive employee engagement, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- partner with plant leadership to support organizational goals
- implement HR initiatives that support business and workforce objectives
- guide workforce planning and employee development
- lead recruiting efforts for timely and quality hires
- support onboarding and orientation programs
- foster a positive workplace through proactive employee relations
- ensure HR policies comply with labor laws
- maintain HR metrics, support payroll processing, and ensure documentation accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Training, or related field
- minimum of three years’ experience in HR
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems
- bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
