About the role

  • Serve as the point person for end to end program development and clinical success
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans for assigned territories
  • Maintain a strategic business plan for the territory
  • Present sales forecasts to management
  • Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations
  • Implement post-sales installation and adoption protocols
  • Support new customers in clinical adoption of products

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant Operating Room sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 75%
  • Required to work in a hospital and ASC setting
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge of all Auris Surgical Robotics products
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
