About the role
- Serve as the point person for end to end program development and clinical success
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans for assigned territories
- Maintain a strategic business plan for the territory
- Present sales forecasts to management
- Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations
- Implement post-sales installation and adoption protocols
- Support new customers in clinical adoption of products
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant Operating Room sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers
- Ability to travel extensively up to 75%
- Required to work in a hospital and ASC setting
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge of all Auris Surgical Robotics products
- Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
