About the role
- Provide expert engineering technical support and guidance in facility business need, design, construction, commissioning, and process validation
- Oversee design and creation of Facility and Equipment processes and standards
- Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable transition from project build phase to start-up phase
- Report out to senior management regularly on activities and status
- Collaborate with the ATMP global engineering team head to ensure alignment with technology standards, project execution, and engineering specifications
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's engineering degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing, project engineering, supply chain and capital project execution
- Hands on experience in designing, constructing, commissioning or qualifying manufacturing process equipment
- Strong Advanced Therapies & Medicinal Products process engineering expertise
- Large capital project management experience over $200 million
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 25% domestic and international travel required.
