Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field with 12+ years of experience
Ph.D in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field with 10+ years of experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership of scientific computing platforms
Deep knowledge of cloud and/or HPC architectures
Sufficient technical fluency and programming literacy (e.g., Python, R, SAS or similar)
Proven track record in technology adoption
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 10%
Minimum of 4-6 years of people leadership in complex organizations preferred
