About the role
- Develop and foster new surgeon and account-level relationships within a geographic territory
- Drive sales by understanding customers’ needs and developing a sales strategy
- Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts
- Maintain appropriate contact with all prospects or newly converted customers
- Provide support during surgical cases and educate key personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 3 years of professional related experience or Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 5 years of professional related experience or Minimum of 8 years of professional related experience
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to travel, which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experienced in data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures preferred
