About the role

  • Manage contract workflows, including agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. (Tier 4 customer focus)
  • Act as the primary liaison between Deal Desk, Contract Management, other Offer Development partners and the FSO to facilitate agreement execution.
  • Support pricing, billing, and invoicing processes by resolving discrepancies using technical knowledge of billing systems.
  • Support the operation of FSO platforms, enhancing system efficiency and user access, supporting seamless technical operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers
  • Experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Managing and completing projects within established timelines
