About the role
- Accountable for all label design & project management deliverables for both US and OUS Labeling teams.
- Leading and providing direction to the Labeling team in executing product labeling design for IFUs and product labeling.
- Collaborating within the Supply Chain organization and with other business partners for strategy and objective development and execution.
- Establish & maintain the highest caliber professionals with skill sets to design label templates, execute artwork, IFU production within the change management system.
- Accountable for Labeling Design process and metric tracking.
- Maintaining labeling procedures and compliance with standards.
- Function as strong advocate for Quality/Compliance and support Quality system processes.
- Provide ownership to CAPAs, Audit Findings and Nonconformance’s, as assigned.
- Development of individuals within the organization.
- Conflict Management Resolution.
- Influence Management in a matrix environment.
- Customer focus with a good understanding of our customer and commercial partner needs.
- Problem analysis and resolution.
- Delivery of results with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Required, engineering or technical field desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, NPD, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or equivalent with significant project and leadership accountabilities required.
- Demonstrated successful completion of developing and leading processes, technical and/or business challenges.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team, cross-company, or cross region team.
- Confirmed understanding of the Medical Device or equivalent regulated industry, Quality Systems and Change Control procedures.
- Experience in New Product Development Projects or Lifecycle Projects.
- People management and talent development skills.
- Working in a matrix environment across geographies and organizations is preferred.
- Understanding Labeling and Packaging design & requirements.
- Understanding NPD and Supply Chain processes.
- Advanced proficiency with written and verbal communications.
