About the role
- Responsible for owning the overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
- Develop and implement powerful selling strategies and strategic sales plans
- Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedural excellence
- Develop, coach, lead, and engage Regional Managers
- Lead a portfolio of products, responsible for sales, growth and income targets
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Operations, SCG, and Corporate Accounts
- Establish relationships with key surgeons to harness potential sales opportunities
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant business experience required - with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence and industry trends
- Strong business & financial acumen
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
- Ability to travel required (~40-50%)
- Individuals need to live within/close to the current geography or be willing to relocate
