About the role

  • Responsible for owning the overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets
  • Develop and implement powerful selling strategies and strategic sales plans
  • Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedural excellence
  • Develop, coach, lead, and engage Regional Managers
  • Lead a portfolio of products, responsible for sales, growth and income targets
  • Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Operations, SCG, and Corporate Accounts
  • Establish relationships with key surgeons to harness potential sales opportunities

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant business experience required - with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence and industry trends
  • Strong business & financial acumen
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
  • Ability to travel required (~40-50%)
  • Individuals need to live within/close to the current geography or be willing to relocate
