About the role

  • Design, build & deploy a multi-level Advanced Intercompany solution
  • Define and own the strategic vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements
  • Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs
  • Take accountability for the design and implementation of automation solutions
  • Drive standardization of business processes
  • Ensure all capabilities align with the SAP product roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership in architecture
  • Be responsible for the technical delivery process
  • Oversee the integrated build process with technical teams
  • Manage planning and execution of system testing phases
  • Continuously assess and measure solution capabilities
  • Serve as the JJT workstream lead for all Value Chain & Supply Chain Automation initiatives

Requirements

  • 10 years in Supply Chain Technology
  • 5 years proven track record working with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA systems
  • 3+ years of People Management
  • Deep End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations
  • Solid Understanding of SAP-ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution and Financial Accounting
  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry
  • Good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
  • People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring and coaching.
