Design, build & deploy a multi-level Advanced Intercompany solution
Define and own the strategic vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements
Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of initiatives
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs
Take accountability for the design and implementation of automation solutions
Drive standardization of business processes
Ensure all capabilities align with the SAP product roadmap
Provide technical leadership in architecture
Be responsible for the technical delivery process
Oversee the integrated build process with technical teams
Manage planning and execution of system testing phases
Continuously assess and measure solution capabilities
Serve as the JJT workstream lead for all Value Chain & Supply Chain Automation initiatives

Requirements

10 years in Supply Chain Technology
5 years proven track record working with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA systems
3+ years of People Management
Deep End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations
Solid Understanding of SAP-ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution and Financial Accounting
Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry
Good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring and coaching.
