About the role
- Design, build & deploy a multi-level Advanced Intercompany solution
- Define and own the strategic vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements
- Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs
- Take accountability for the design and implementation of automation solutions
- Drive standardization of business processes
- Ensure all capabilities align with the SAP product roadmap
- Provide technical leadership in architecture
- Be responsible for the technical delivery process
- Oversee the integrated build process with technical teams
- Manage planning and execution of system testing phases
- Continuously assess and measure solution capabilities
- Serve as the JJT workstream lead for all Value Chain & Supply Chain Automation initiatives
Requirements
- 10 years in Supply Chain Technology
- 5 years proven track record working with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA systems
- 3+ years of People Management
- Deep End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations
- Solid Understanding of SAP-ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution and Financial Accounting
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry
- Good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
- People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring and coaching.
