About the role
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies for EU-funded projects, including Horizon Europe and the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) and local nationally funded projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal/IP and EU regulatory frameworks.
- Analyse & review complex multi-party agreements, funding agreements and other documentation to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal risk management processes and tools.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law (is required)
- A minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices Industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of European and National Funding public-private partnership legal/IP & compliance frameworks (especially Horizon Europe and the Innovative Health Initiative etc.)
- Strong communication skills with solid experience in interacting with senior leadership.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
