About the role
- End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market!
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment
- Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
- Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates
- Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times
- Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising) as well as third party agencies when required
- Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
- Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives
Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Proficient English and Dutch/ German spoken and written
- Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus
- Results oriented, driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles
- Experienced in crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise
