Lead end-to-end demand planning for orthopedic product portfolios (implants, instruments, disposables), ensuring accurate and timely forecasts supporting the monthly IBP and Financial Business Planning cycles.
Lead the monthly demand review and IBP demand inputs; facilitate demand consensus between commercial, marketing, supply planning and finance.
Lead forecasting processes for new product introductions (NPI), product phase-outs, and promotional activity; partner with commercialization teams to define deployment plans and replenishment strategies.
Develop and maintain demand models that incorporate procedure volume data, market events, and non-revenue demand drivers.
Drive continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy via statistical forecasting tools, scenario planning, root-cause analysis of forecast variance, and process standardization.
Define and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MAPE, Bias and demand tracking signals for both revenue and non-revenue demand streams.
Prepare and present demand insights, forecast trends, risk scenarios, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Lead or provide required support to the Constraint Management Process.
Coach and mentor demand planning team members; establish process standards, documentation, and governance across the demand lifecycle.
Partner with analytics and IT to implement and optimize planning tools and relevant data sources.
Supports other initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
An advanced degree or relevant certification (CPIM, CSCP, APICS) is preferred.
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
Related experience in one or more of the following areas within the medical device industry: Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning.
DP / ERP Systems experience.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills — able to explain complex demand scenarios and trade-offs to leadership.
Strong analytical skills.
