About the role

  • Capture, synthesize, and interpret market access customer analytic data, market research, and business intelligence to support TA priority launches.
  • Translate findings into clear business implications and practical recommendations for strategic execution.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, data-driven approach by working across functions and supporting internal partners in delivering access strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners in MAIA, SCG, StAT, and other functions to develop and optimize access tactics through internal partner insights, external stakeholder analyses (customers, competitors), payer/provider research, and environmental trends.
  • Support Market Access Readiness Review (MARR) and other priority launch preparations by providing key inputs to action plans and readiness materials.
  • Support scenario planning and competitive simulations to help the business evaluate access-related tradeoffs and risks.
  • Develop dashboards and monitoring tools to support formulary access, contracting, pricing, and pull-through planning by key decision-makers.
  • Prepare concise, compelling data storytelling work products (presentations, one-pagers, dashboards) to guide decision-making by business leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Graduate degree (MBA/MS/MA/PharmD/PhD) is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is required (business analytics, market research, or insight development) is required
  • Project management experience and internal client management and/or consulting experience are required
  • Solid understanding of market access dynamics (payers, IDNs, specialty pharmacy, patient access, trade distribution) is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to synthesize disparate data into clear insights for leadership, are required
  • Track record of supporting business leaders with practical, data-driven recommendations and influencing without formal authority is required
  • Experience working with payer, provider, pharmacy, claims, and pricing data sources (e.g. IQVIA, MMIT) is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; experience with analytics/statistical/data visualization tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with market research methods is preferred
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
