About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for the design, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the field reporting platform across JJIM (Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience).
- Serve as the primary commercial business lead with Business Technology and partner with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate field data into timely, compliant business insights.
- Lead Field Reporting strategy, roadmap, and development across all JJIM therapeutic areas in collaboration with Connext/Connext plus.
- Leveraging AI to improved effectiveness and efficiency.
- Own prioritization of business requests across TAs and manage roadmap tradeoffs.
- Act as commercial business lead with Business Technology to ensure delivery, performance, and SLA compliance of the reporting platform.
- Coordinate platform releases and stakeholder communications (Sales Leadership, COD, COR, IC, Data Stewards, SIA, Field Ops).
- Design and lead training and adoption programs to drive system usage among field sales and home office users.
- Implement process and product improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and usability.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and provide indirect people leadership; influence senior leadership for alignment and resources.
- Ensure HCC regulation compliance and data governance across reporting activities.
- Define and report success metrics (adoption, time‑to‑insight, SLA metrics, stakeholder satisfaction).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- A minimum 8 years professional experience, with 5+ years in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device or equivalent experience is required.
- Previous experience in Field Reporting, Sales Analytics and/or Sales Measurement, is required.
- Experience with syndicated data (e.g., IQVIA); background in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Management, or Incentive Compensation; proven ability to partner with senior Sales Leadership and Business Technology; training/adoption program design experience; strong influencing and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Preferred: Experience with field sales support & training, prior people management, HCC/data governance familiarity is preferred.
