About the role
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert in digital and computational pathology, computer vision, and AI-driven image analysis workflows
- Collaborate with internal molecular pathology, biomarker discovery, translational research, computational biology, computer vision, and clinical development teams
- Clearly articulate highly technical methods and results to diverse audiences to drive decision-making
- Critically evaluate external algorithms, platforms, and emerging technologies
- Shape internal vs. external partnering strategy, explore external collaboration opportunities
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of business experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics R&D
- Direct experience in computational pathology, computer vision, tissue image analysis workflows, and/or AI-enabled diagnostic product development
- Proven record developing and implementing Oncology Computer Vision applications in Oncology
- Experience in a matrixed organization
