About the role
- Achieve sales goals and drive market share growth in assigned territory
- Develop relationships with physicians and hospital staff to promote adoption of ultrasound products
- Lead and coordinate sales strategies and account prioritization
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomes
- Mentor new sales staff and complete administrative responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of a BA/BS, combined with a minimum of 7 years professional work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in cardiovascular medical devices
- Preferred experience in managing structural heart products and therapies
- Documented sales awards and achievements preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
