About the role

  • Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for large-scale portfolio changes
  • Provide strong program management capabilities to drive end to end value, collaborating heavily with commercial, regulatory, quality, R&D and other supply chain partners
  • Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, while balancing leadership requirements and expectations
  • Ensure effective project management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and leadership updates.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects
  • Develop and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans
  • Develop and revise project plans, work with leadership to distill complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner
  • Lead team to deliver and exceed all project objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed project commitments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; a focused degree in Engineering, Science, or Business or a related field is preferred.
  • An advanced degree, Master’s is preferred.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large complex programs.
  • Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, project management and problem solving.
  • Work experience within a regulated environment.
  • Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification (preferred).
  • MBA (preferred).
  • People management experience (preferred).
  • Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biologics experience (preferred).
