About the role
- Administers day-to-day operations to support Deployment projects activities based on the different Deployment phases, i.e. Discovery, Mobilization, Solution confirmation, Testing, Cutover or Hypercare.
- Support the implementation of program methodology based on the new operating model, including relevant templates, tools, controls, and cadence.
- Scale existing assets and standard processes to the new operating model.
- Lead daily and weekly program team cadence and meetings and reporting.
- Ensure program timeliness are appropriately handled, identify and raise risks appropriately.
- Handle cross-program interdependencies, issues, and challenges by working with respective collaborators to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
- Ensure cross-program workstreams like Testing, Cutover, Hypercare, etc. are coordinated and performing per plan.
- Drive standard methodologies, scale, leagability, and resource optimization.
- Work with the Cutover, Hypercare and Testing Leads to ensure system deployments are in line with Business testing, Compliance validation, and qualification protocols.
- Build specific release communication content to be integrated into broader Program communications.
- Enthusiastically seek to promote standard methodology and continuous improvement principles across Functional system deployments.
- Work across multiple teams to align on timelines, milestones & results to enable overall release readiness.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with consistent track record to influence/collaborate to get the desired result.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the sophisticated clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Program Management experience on large complex business transformation programs
- Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery experience.
- Strong customer focus (internal & external.)
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience effectively manages projects, timelines, and change management.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs (Preferred)
- People management and development experience preferred (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations (Preferred)
