About the role
- Support the development of the Reducer therapy across the UK
- Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists
- Deliver education and outreach activities in partnership with Medical Education
- Support implanting physicians in developing and organizing their local patient pathway
- Act as the technical expert during Reducer procedures
- Train and coach implanting physicians on procedural techniques
- Support COSIRA II study pathways
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in MedTech clinical roles
- Good understanding of the UK healthcare system, including NHS, ICS, and Trust structures
- Proven ability to activate indirect users/referrers such as general cardiologists, GPs, and non-implanting clinicians
- Background in interventional cardiology is a must
- Comfortable working in a trial-driven, non-reimbursed environment
- Excellent communication and educational skills
- High level of autonomy, organization, and execution discipline
- Native-level English required
- High willingness to travel across the UK
