Support novel target identification efforts for neuropsychiatric disorders.
Ingest relevant multi-omics data, data harmonization.
Perform novel target identification using integrative approaches, prioritizing nominated targets, and conduct downstream analysis.
Work closely with a team of scientists in disease genetics, computational genomics, AI and machine learning, and neuroscience therapeutic area.
Design and implement computational pipelines, analyze and interpret results, and communicate findings through internal presentations.

Requirements

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a PhD degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistical genetics, biostatistics, computer science or related fields
Be in your second year or above in school with a graduation date after August 2026
GPA of 2.8 or above
Proficient in programming languages such as R/Python, bash, SQL, etc. and familiarity with high performance computing platforms.
Experience with multi-omics data integration, especially network analysis.
Experience/knowledge of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate technical findings with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
